Selling your home generally has some challenges, but selling your parents’ home once they have gone into care as POA has resulted in a lot of hoops to jump through. Susan and her team made the process seamless from the initial inspection, contracts, marketing and open houses, all the way through to the contracts and sale of the property. Susan always kept us up to date at every turn and followed through on her promises. Where other agents had taken no interest in the house and treated it like selling a used car and making us sit through their sales BS, offering media discounts if we signed up on the day, all for their own benefit. Susan took a genuine interest in the property; she was attentive and worked with us to highlight the best features of our family home.
