I first meet Pat,who was recommended to us in early December 2017, my mother was admitted to an aged care facility and died Christmas Eve. Pat was our agent,dealing with selling of the family home. He struck me as honest and straight to the point explaining in detail the process including estimate value of the family home and cost of his service as our agent. At all times he contacted me either by phone or email of any offer and discussion with prospective buyers. Pat was determined to obtain best possible price.
