It's difficult to get this message across on forums like these, with all the shilling and formulaic responses. But, hand-on-heart, going with Pat's team was one of the best decisions of my life. No effort was spared and every detail was covered. They were modest, to boot. Selling a house is one of those huge life events, like marriage or having a baby, so you really want to be able to be confident that your agents are fair, personable, and professional. Pat and his team (John and Cheryl) were terrific. They set realistic expectations and provided sound advice in the preparation for sale.
