With admittedly a quite cynical view on the transactional nature of Real Estate agents I must say I was blown away with Andrew Liddell and his team at BresicWhitney Balmain in selling our house in Birchgrove. Very open, honest and direct he said he should have some qualified buyers and then he over-delivered big time. We sold within a week with Andrew and Maddie respecting our price point and wishes in managing a wonderful outcome for us.
