Adrian Oddi lit up the room when we met. My adult children thought I’d fallen for him. We have just had a great experience in dealing with Brandon in purchasing a property. He was very prompt in his follow up post the initial inspection and arranged a second/ private inspection within 24 hours of us requesting it. Brandon was very professional in every aspect of the negotiation right from ensuring we had access to the contract of sale and strata report through to the exchange of contracts. It has been a pleasure to do business with Brandon as he built trust with us quickly. His knowledge of the property and area was excellent and he was transparent with the process as we worked our way through a pre auction offer scenario. Post being successful in acquiring the property Brandon made the completion of the contract of sale a seamless experience. I could not recommend Andrew Liddell highly enough. He is honest, a delight to deal with and listens and understands where you are coming from. He is very professional and a super hard worker who is supported by an extraordinary team. He is not a high pressure sales dude, but an astute negotiator with results to prove it. He sold our home within two weeks in a very difficult market. Some 52 people went through at the first open and neighbours were calling to let us know about the incredible interest and crowd going through. So what is Andrew, and the Bresic Whitney X factor? I believe it's their commitment, tenacity, and ability to adapt to changing market conditions. I saw Andrew working his database, taking people through at all hours, constantly communicating with me and following up until he had competition and a sale. Was it an outstanding price – no. Was it as good as we were going to get – absolutely and I am grateful. For context, our home was initially listed with a different local agent and had been on the market for over 100 days. When I considered taking the hard decision to change agents and engage Andrew, I was nervous. He gave me referees to speak with who had been in a very similar position -months on market and no sale. Their stories offered encouragement. Of course, the switch came at a cost - additional marketing dollars and re-styling that I loved. It was a leap of faith that absolutely paid off.

It was fabulous working with Brandon. He delivered a fantastic result in a very short time - we sold our house at a great price in less than two weeks.
