We initially took comfort in Adrian’s track record in the neighborhood and how well regarded he is in the community. He understood not just his own/firms listings but competing listings extremely well, including the current interested buyers and under bidders on recent sales. The market really shifted as we were about to list and Adrian talked us through that sentiment shift and managed expectations well. He was even tempered, held our hand but didn’t push and showed himself to be a very skilled negotiator. He revived our sale after we hesitated, wanting just a little bit higher sale price. He neither made us feel forced into a sale, wasn’t frustrated when we wanted to hold out for a higher price, nor that he wouldn’t continue to work hard to get us the best price.
