Adrian Oddi lit up the room when we met. My adult children thought I’d fallen for him. What was obvious to me was his passion and love for what he does; his astute research and knowledge of the variables in the marketplace and his brilliance in handling anyone! I’m writing this review for Adrian Oddi retrospectively. The result he achieved in April for our terrace was exceptional and his ability to read the market was spot on. At the time my wife and I were undecided whether we should consider the offer that the campaign had produced. Adrian assured us it was a strong offer and that the market was likely to turn later in the year, which would put us in a more favourable buying position. We trusted his advice & are ultimately very happy.

I could not recommend Andrew Liddell highly enough. He is honest, a delight to deal with and listens and understands where you are coming from. He is very professional and a super hard worker who is supported by an extraordinary team. He is not a high pressure sales dude, but an astute negotiator with results to prove it. He sold our home within two weeks in a very difficult market. Some 52 people went through at the first open and neighbours were calling to let us know about the incredible interest and crowd going through. So what is Andrew, and the Bresic Whitney X factor? I believe it's their commitment, tenacity, and ability to adapt to changing market conditions. I saw Andrew working his database, taking people through at all hours, constantly communicating with me and following up until he had competition and a sale. Was it an outstanding price – no. Was it as good as we were going to get – absolutely and I am grateful. For context, our home was initially listed with a different local agent and had been on the market for over 100 days.
