Brandon helped us to buy our new house recently and since we were so impressed with his professionalism during the process, we engaged with him to sell our house in Annandale, so glad we did! We already knew about his comprehensive local market knowledge during the purchase process. During our sales campaign, he was available 24/7 and will respond within minutes. He provided daily updates as well as weekly updates which were more formal/comprehensive. Brandon is super friendly and polite which I think is very important for real estate agents since it makes it easier for potential buyers to approach and open up a conversaion. Another thing that we were very impressed with was the BresicWhitney (BW) as an agency. They truly work as a team and no competition within the agency.
