We saw Brandon and his team sold a house in Balmain around the corner from ours for a great price, so we thought to reach out and understand how that auction unfolded. Following this discussion and disclosing our intent to sell, Brandon offered to bring the under bidder of this auction through our house for an off-market review, which resulted in receiving an offer 2 hours after the first inspection. With a bit of back and forth, we quickly came to an agreement and were ecstatic with the result.
