Great selling experience in unknown times
37 private appointments, multiple offers received, the underbidder introduced from another BresicWhitney office (pushing the price up over $100k) & the sale completed in 2 weeks, well above our expectations. That was the breakdown of our sale. Adrian alleviated our concerns & advised us to press on with our campaign irrespective of Sydney’s lockdown. Needless to say, we are happy & would recommend Adrian unreservedly.

I would highly recommend Adrian
Adrian and his team showed an enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm unlike any other agents we vetted. He had a clearly defined strategy and process to selling our house that gave us a lot of confidence. The professionalism and energy was sustained throughout the entire campaign resulting in the sale of our house. The communication and clarity of all facets of the sale process and procedures was outstanding and means I highly recommend using Adrian as your real estate agent. Adrian delivers again..
Selecting the right agent to sell our property was a decision we didn’t take lightly. We met with several agents that operate in Balmain. In the end, we felt no one had the market knowledge, or the extensive base of buyers on hand than Adrian. From the start of the process Adrian and the team was organised, professional, and had great communications along the way. Very good experience as a buyer
We recently purchased a property and the agent was Adrian Oddi. We had just sold ourselves and we understand that his priority was to the vendors and to achieve the best outcome for them. I never once felt that we would be kept out of the loop as we were very keen to secure the property. On auction day he wished us all the best and left us alone to do what we had to do. I am very pleased we secured the property at auction. I would have no hesitation in recommending to buy through Adrian.

Adrian and Jasmine really are an outstanding team. Adrian has the winner formula: integrity, a clear plan, and above all perseverance. He listened to my needs and created a strategy that achieved an amazing sale price. His understanding of how to best promote and price the property was different from the others. I felt like I was in a partnership with Adrian and his team. There were clear and effective communications via phone, email, WhatsApp and Zoom. I especially liked the weekly strategy meeting. He’s number one in Balmain for good reason.
