Thank you so much to Andrew Liddell for all of his amazing work on the sale of our property. Andrew provided practical and honest advice to us regarding marketing, price and the sale process. Andrew worked extremely hard with inspections (including numbers of private appointments) and negotiations with various purchasers. In short, Andrew sold our property quickly, and for above our price expectations. He also kept in communication with us at all stages of the process. We could not be happier!

An outstanding agent who feels like a friend
Andrew is a real estate agent that is down to earth, trust worthy, approachable and above all else he makes sure he looks after his clients. My husband and I can not speak highly enough of Andrew and the work of Bresic Whitney. He helped us find our first home and then sell it four years later. We wouldn't use any other agent! Over the course of 2+ years of looking for a house in a tightly-held area of Balmain - we were starting to feel like we were going to have to compromise on location. We viewed hundreds of homes, spoke to dozens of agents and wasted many Saturdays at inspections and competitive auctions feeling defeated. Brandon Nguyen was the ONLY agent who chased our business, took an interest into our requirements and genuinely felt like he really cared about finding us a home. He's the most non-pushy, professional and responsive agent I've dealt with. When Brandon called with an off-market opportunity ~ we viewed within hours of his call and purchased a few days later. I believe that says a lot about an agency who didn't advertise a property and connected the seller with a buyer from their database in less than a week (during COVID). Hardest working real-estate agent in town
Brandon worked very hard to secure the sale of my house, succeeding in just a couple of weeks on market. In what are very challenging times, he arranged 30 groups to view my home and fielded several offers before finalising the sale at a price I was happy with. Brandon kept me up to date on an almost daily basis, and was extremely engaging, informative and helpful throughout the campaign. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
