Adrian sold our Balmain house in March 2020, and we were extremely happy with the entire process and the final result achieved. We appreciated Adrian’s knowledge and insights of both the local area and the property market in general. He also took the time to understand us as a family and our longer term property goals. At no point did we feel any heavy handedness or high pressure tactics. From the outset he guided us calmly and was realistic and objective, and also refreshing, engaging and genuine.
