Good agent
The sale of the property was handled in an organised way from our first meeting to the exchange of contracts. Adrian was in regular communication with us regarding prospective buyers and after Open House inspections. He was very competent and would not hesitate to recommend him or the agency. Integrity, commercial, great negotiator, hard working and honest
Andrew is the best agent I have ever sold or bought through - and I’ve seen a few! Always seeking to listen and understand our needs, he manages the transaction with absolute integrity and honesty! Raising issues that may not be best for him, but best for us, the client. Attention to detail!!

Great communicator
We met with Jack 3 years ago and appreciated his well-researched assessment of our property. Admirably, he respected our request not to ring us like other agents, so we were very comfortable choosing him to act as our sales agent when we reached that point. In a falling market, we relied on Jack’s advice to move out and have his team do a rapid renovation for auction. The place was transformed into a really elegant, chic Balmain property. Throughout the inspection phase, Jack let us know exactly what was happening and might happen a few steps ahead. He put huge effort into the final negotiating phase with the interested parties and guided us towards a result which was good in a challenging market. More than anything, we appreciated Jack’s integrity and respect for our wishes.
