Polished and proficient agent
I've known Adrian for close to 8 years now and it's incredible to see how he and his team continuously work to raise the bar in the Balmain Peninsula. He and his team run an excellent process. As a buyer's agent I typically work and deal with multiple agents/agencies on a daily basis and I understand only too well that 'process' at each step for both buyer and seller is absolutely crucial to ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved. Working with Adrian and Callum on this particular purchase was not only smooth and proficient, I respected Adrian's 'agent work' as he strove to get the best outcome for his vendor while recognising us as the best buyer for the home. Professional and skilled negotiator

The Agent and the Agency showed total Professionalism

Excellent Agent
From meeting Adrian and his team at an open house inspection they took the time to understand my needs on the type of property I was looking for and continued to keep me abreast of upcoming inspections and the local market in general, their ongoing communication was excellent. When an off market property came up meeting our exact needs his communication was second to none, he was honest, transparent and fair throughout the process and we were able to purchase our dream property within a week ensuring a lot less stress for both parties. Fantastic Agent!
