PRE-SALE: We've been in the buyer’s market since late last year, (10 months ago), which marked the beginning of our relationship with Jack. Up until 2 months ago we had intended on keeping our Unit so had never mentioned selling it however from the first open home we went to with Bresicwhitney Jack understood our exact requirements as a buyer and kept in constant touch from this point on. In no way was he annoying, it was always a “have you seen this place that has just come on the market under [competitors agency]?” discussion. A couple of times he even went and checked out places we were interested in to give us his viewpoint. This all meant for us that when we did change our minds and decide to sell, even though we still met with our shortlist of agencies, it was going to be a very tough choice not to go with Jack. SALE PROCESS: Once we signed up with BW Jack was able to explain everything clearly and to the right level of detail to ensure we were crystal clear on our expectations of him and conversely his expectations of us. The entire process was made simple with Jack taking care of all the details so we were there to make decisions when required! We raised a few eyebrows going with BW in our suburb as they are not as established as some other agencies however a great result in one week demonstrated that BW’s (and Jack’s) strength in other suburbs and huge buyers pool is a point of difference which should not be overlooked when making a decision as to who to go with. When it came to the final negotiation we were so well prepared the entire process was quick and simple, even though it went late into the evening Jack got the deal done that was beneficial to both parties. POST SALE: Again crystal clear communication with all the leg work done by Jack, including exchange of contracts, with clear expectation setting of what our next few weeks would look like.
