My wife and I first met Brandon Nguyen some 12 months ago at a open inspection on a property in Balmain. Ever since then Brandon has taken the time and guided us to inspect a large number of properties. He has taken the time to understand our requirements and provided us the opportunities to inspect. In spite of numerous 'knock backs' on suitability of various properties he has shown us, Brandon did not give up where other agents have long gone probably scratching their heads wondering what on earth this couple wants in a property. However, Brandon persisted and in the end after a very long search (12 months) we were successful and now look forward to settling into our new home. Thanks to Brandon's persistence and having a never give up attitude. Brandon has a gentle nature and is not aggressive in his demeanour a quality which is highly regarded by us. He comes across as trustworthy and transparent in his dealings with us and always follows up what he said he will do and never disappoints. The customer experience and association with Bresic Whitney has been a long and great one for us. We are from Adelaide and visited Sydney in 2016 and decided we wanted to live in Sydney. At that time, we visited a open inspection then and left out name on the database and the rest is history. The other members of Bresic Whitney team that we have the pleasure to meet and deal with have been excellent in terms of assistance and friendliness to ourselves is second to none. We were glad that we finally bought through Bresic Whitney with Brandon and will have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and will certainly engage him to manage our property when it comes time to sell or buy another property.

Brandon assisted us to buy our new home in Balmain. Although obviously working for his vendor, Brandon was open and honest in his communication with us as a potential purchaser. His professionalism was without fault and he has a demonstrated knowledge of the property market in this area. Since we exchanged and up until settlement Brandon has continued to assist us in a timely and reliable manner. Jack (and Adrian) sold our property in Petersham earlier this year. We couldn’t have been more impressed with both of them. Jack, in particular, was fantastic. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process and was pleasantly genuine in his nature. We never felt like ‘just another transaction’ and were so impressed with the level of care he, and the Bresic Whitney team, showed us. Jack constantly kept us informed with honest feedback and was incredibly impressive during the negotiation process. His advice was always welcomed and consequently led to a fantastic outcome for my husband and I. As a team, Jack, Adrian and Callum were always organised, on-time, and never gave us the impression that they were ‘rushing off’ to another client. We enjoyed all or dealings with them. I also feel it’s important to say that as an agency, Bresic Whitney were amazing in every aspect. In particular, the collaboration with other BW offices in the area was incredibly impressive.
