Excellent to deal with
Andrew has been a pleasure to deal with on the sale of our property. The level of communication has been excellent. He has proactively followed up buyers and been able to introduce buyers through the wider BresicWhitney network. The Sydney market has gone through a difficult time and the insights he had into the weekly performance of the market were invaluable in shaping the sale strategy. Knows the market & works hard
Prior to and throughout the campaign Andrew was engaged, diligent and comprehensive. We communicated constantly on strategy from the open house to potential buyers and the auction. I would highly recommend Andrew. He works hard and provides exceptional service.

Outstanding.
I could not recommend Jack and his team highly enough. Right from the start Jack put together a thoughtful strategy and remained committed, transparent and proactive throughout the campaign. The team went above and beyond in preparing the property for sale; compiling a list of optional works that would assist the sale, sourcing and arranging quotes from tradespeople, and project managing through until completion. I have no doubt that I would not have achieved the result without working with Jack and the team. Above all, Jack is an outstanding person and a pleasure to deal with in what could be a stressful process. I hope that I have the opportunity to work with Jack again future.

You don't just get an agent...you get the whole team!
Andrew was very transparent, positive and professional. He kept us up to date throughout every stage of the process. We were lucky enough to have two senior agents, both from different offices represent our property (Andrew from Balmain, but also Matt Carvalho from the Glebe office). We felt that they really worked together well to achieve the best outcome for our property. In fact we found that the whole BresicWhitney team were very helpful. We were blown away when agents from the other BresicWhitney offices all came by to see our house and referred buyers on. It's this kind of teamwork that we have not experienced from other agencies. We would have no hesitation in recommending the BresicWhitney team.

As a buyers agent, we deal with many agents and experience a diverse range of negotiation 'tactics', often to the detriment of the vendor. Dealing with Andrew was effortless. Gets the job done
Andrew approached me with a potential buyer when my house was not on the market, they made an offer which was substantially more than I had paid for it 6 months prior. I subsequently still rejected however after a change in personal circumstances I approached Andrew to see if that buyer was still looking (they managed to secure another property). It took Andrew less than two weeks to get an offer for my property off market which was $300k more than I paid for 10 months prior. He's honest in his dealings and gets results.

This is the second property Adrian has sold for us and we would never work with anyone else. He has achieved amazing results in both a strong and a tough market. Excellent agent.
Jack is skilled at his trade. He is professional, good personality, and open and honest. I found him to be trustworthy, which made looking at prospective properties less stressful. He takes his role seriously and is also open to humour when it arises. If I were looking to buy another property he is the first person I would contact for assistance. We met many agents during our search process who we were not impressed with, and in comparison I am happy to give Jack my highest recommendation.

The type of Agent one needs in an increasingly difficult market
The time has arrived for real estate agents to start digging in their heels, and start thinking outside the box to convert deals in an increasingly challenging market. This is the type of service which I received from Adrian, who will no doubt outshine his peers who likely just adopt 'business as usual', notwithstanding the change in market conditions. What one needs is an agent who can anticipate a few steps ahead and plan the marketing and sale strategy around this. The ability to filter different types of buyers and to invest the right level of resourcing to the groups that matter, and anticipating their questions before hand are the attributes of a successful agent. These are some of the key attributes of Adrian. I needed Adrian's selling skills particularly as I had to run a 2nd campaign for my property, with the 1st one bearing no results through another agency. There's only a handful of agents who in this class - well done Adrian and thank you for the result.
