We highly recommend Jack to anyone wanting to sell their house. Jack left no stone unturned following up every lead. Jack is also extremely knowledgable about the inner west market.Jack was in constant contact with us keeping us abreast of buyer activity and interest. Throughout the campaign Jack was extremely supportive of our ideas for marketing and price guide which was most appreciated. What stuck out for us was on the day of Auction Jack did not pressure us to make a decision that we were not comfortable with. That gave us breathing space to actually make the right decision . If it was not for Jack and his relentless pursuit of finding us a buyer I would be in no doubt we may not have sold on Auction Day! We cannot recommend Jack highly enough !!!

We do not doubt that BresicWhitney was the right decision. While we are extremely pleased with the fantastic result achieved by Jack and the BresicWhitney team - we are mindful the experience of selling a home often becomes positive, once the sold sticker goes up. On reflection, we realised the process and strategy implemented to get the house sold is far more important. Implementing the right process gives us the reassurance that we, and our agent, did absolutely everything to achieve the best result. In that regard, Jack recommended and implemented a process with precision and intelligence. His strategy and the BresicWhitney platform ensured buyers had no barrier to commit to our property. He and his team made themselves available for private viewings even up until the day before the auction. They provided a free building and pest report, a published price guide, etc. They followed leads and spoke to everyone who viewed our house - not letting a potential buyer slip through the cracks. We are sure in an agent selection process, there is speculation, and in some cases, the agent overpromising and under delivering. However, in this case, everything promised was delivered and we took comfort and trust in Jack’s subtle, but clear desire to achieve the highest possible price for us. We’re sure this wouldn’t have been possible with any other agent/agency. We have and will continue to recommend Jack and BresicWhitney to anyone considering selling their property.

Andrew really was extraordinary - he is obviously very gifted & knowledgeable in his field, but at the same time, is a kind, genuine human being.
