Hard to do the ratings fairly as I did not really test Adrian's market knowledge, and the negotiation was not too complex. I don't really know about credibility either, but his car made us take him a bit less seriously! I suppose I am an older buyer and predisposed to be doubtful of a younger agent. Also a very hard marker. Anyhow, Adrian seems very cheerful, friendly and helpful and conscientious. In general, I have felt that Bresic Whitney is one of the better agencies based on the fact that they provide more information on properties (and in a clear attractive format), than most others. There is one agency in particular who seems to have a policy of providing the least amount of information possible, and when I have asked questions of their agents about properties (eg in re to the survey, easements, what is going on with neighbouring properties) have been told that it is up to the buyer to find things out for themselves. Bresic Whitney seem to have the opposite policy of providing as much info as possible and I appreciate that. It gives me an impression of transparency and helpfulness. I would definitely consider using BW and Adrian if I were selling.
