For a few months now, I've been looking to sell my unit at Wareemba and so, through my daughter, Rachel, who is a buyer's agent, I met Andrew. Andrew is very professional but at the same time, he is very friendly and easy to talk to. He has kept me abreast of what's going on with the sale of my unit and he's the type of agent that will go an extra mile to help. This was proven when I had to sign the contract for sale. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm very poor in direction and my husband happened to use my car and I had to use his and his car doesn't have GPS! To Whom it may concern I recently had the plesure of meeting Andrew Liddell and Anji Lake while searching my local area for a home to buy. My original contact was with Anji. Our initial contact was via email and phone. On first speaking with Anji over the phone i found her to be a vibrant, informative person who listened to my exact requirements. I was shown a property in my area by Anji, this was our first meeting, a face to the voice, and i was very impressed, she greated me like we had known each other for a lone time, i instantly felt comfortable which for myself is very important. She walked me through the property and informed me of the price range she also had a great knownlodge of the property, unfortuately it was not in a location that suited myself. I was then informed of an off market listing in Beattie Street. Anji met me there and introduced me to Andew. As stated to Anji the location was perfect, but to much house. I then had another evening showing where Andrew attended only. This was our first real conversatation. At no time during the viewing did Andrew start the "Hard Sell', He was extremely professional answered all my questions and our conversation about "out of 10" what rating would i give the house helped me make a decision. I walked away from that viewing knowning Andrew is passionate about what he does and understands the needs of the purchaser and vendor. On the day of the auction Andew was out the front greated me warmly and assisted with the registration process. A great result for my self, i purchased my future home.
