Adrian stood out from the very beginning in his entire approach to the sale of our property. We were both impressed with his wanting to see the property and meet us before presenting us with a proposal for the sale. Throughout the campaign he was enthusiastic, available and focused. His different approach to the open houses was fantastic- making sure no buyers were missed. His final negotiating skills meant we sold pre auction for a price we hadn't thought we could achieve. We met Andrew when he was in the process of selling a property in the neighbourhood. Without knowing him we asked him if he would be open to visiting and appraising our home although it would be on the basis that we weren't seriously looking to sell. He had no problem taking the time out to come and visit where we discussed our thoughts and strategy. He always kept in touch and kept us up to date on what was happening in the market. A couple of months later Andrew came across what would be an off-market offer smashing the previous suburb record. We could not have asked for more in regards to what he had achieved for us in regards to the sale. MOST importantly through the sales process of our home we had to deal with an unexpected-extremely-stressful situation (independent to the sale our home) and not only did Andrew never make us feel under pressure to make a decision, he was supportive and genuinely concerned with what our family was going through.
