Nick is the best agent that I've worked with to date as a seller. We sold prior to auction and there was a point of the sale at which Nick could have taken the safe option to sell lower at a price. We had a price that we were willing to accept and he could have easily stopped there and still collect his commission. However, Nick has always felt very committed to us as a seller and kept going in a demanding negotiation and managed to get an excellent sale price. I think the part that makes Nick a standout agent is that he managed to do this with considerable integrity and a commitment to not mucking the buyers around. Hard to find agents that can do both sides and get amazing results. Highly recommend.
