From the outset, Brad has worked tirelessly at actively marketing my flat, following up leads, chasing interest from all over... at the same time he was keeping me very informed of the process - important as I’m based in the UK. In addition to this Brad organised the styling, the photo shoot, the whole campaign was in his hands and he really delivered. I got a successful outcome and sold prior to auction for a price I was very happy with. I know however that price was built in the sweat which Brad put into the whole thing from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with him as an agent.
