We knew we were selling at not the optimal time so we weren't expecting an amazing result, however with the help of Renae, Matt and Aaron we achieved what we thought was a reasonable result. My family chose John to sell our property because we had seen him at work on several Glebe properties. He had all the qualities we wanted but don't always find - tenacious, super hardworking (keep him away from coffee because he has energy to burn anyway), straight forward and no nonsense with either buyers or sellers. To top it off he is a thoroughly nice guy - but knows the business end of a fair deal.
