Nicholas did a great job selling our house. His advice and assessment was straightforward and honest, without trying to sell us something that was unrealistic. He was also very impressive with negotiating and not letting the deal slip away.

After having an exclusive agency agreement for 90 days with not even an offer, I put my house up on a number of open agreements. Nicholas McEvoy was one of the agents. He was active, personable and very effective in securing a buyer. I’d call Nicholas next time I’m selling a property.

I had the pleasure of both buying a house in Hunters Hill and selling my smaller place with Nicholas McEvoy and the Bresic Whitney team (Paul and Narelle) in the space of 3 months. Being on both sides of the fence in such a short period of time I could not recommend Nicholas and the Bresic Whitney team more if you are looking to sell. The professionalism, energy, market knowledge/deep understanding of the Hunters Hill market coupled with his trustworthiness and ability to both see and call things for what they are really stood out for me. It was quite the stressful period of buying and selling concurrently for our family and it was made easier having the larger aspects well looked after. The attention to detail and small touches suggested prior to going on market are simply a reflection of his ability to exceptionally market a property and understand who the buyers are before they even walk through the door. What I didn’t get with Nicholas and team were inflated pie in the sky expectation setting that I have seen neighbours unfortunately fall into and significantly delay their plans/sale OR any kind of complexity around the whole selling process. That said the price achieved was exceptional! I can comfortably also say the same thing when I was buying my house a few months earlier - I was not under sold/convinced to attend with hope and was clearly communicated to ensuring I wasn’t wasting my time. Having been on a house hunt for over a year with lots of disappointment of being told the house would land somewhere and end up selling in excess of half a million more, I really appreciated the honesty and wanted my house to be sold in the same honest manner. Any text or phone call, doubt or query was responded to typically within minutes! Matter of fact Nicholas was on holiday in Europe just before my campaign launch and was responding to my questions even during a summer European vacation. I could not recommend Nicholas and the Bresic team more.

We bought our house almost ten years ago from Nicholas and the Bresic Whitney team, so it felt only natural that they sell it again! Over the years Nicholas has kept in touch. When we were looking for a new house he gave us advice about properties we were looking at. Selling a house is really stressful but Nicholas spent time reassuring us and offering suggestions and solutions to get the best out of the sale.

Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with, always had a positive and can do attitude about him. He was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole purchase process, which allowed everything to go smoothly. Greatly appreciate your help and patience with connecting us to perfect property, we are looking forward to finally move in and call it home. Thank you Narelle and Paul for all the help too.

Very simply - Nicholas has helped me secure a property that I adore and which will be a lovely family hub for years to come. He sold our house in Hunters Hill in 2021 and kept me in mind when this property came up again. I can’t begin to say how appreciative I am - he gave me confidence and trust in the process. Narelle is a kind and friendly voice and always willing to help. I felt BW held my hand the whole time.

Nicholas & team - thank so much for the result you achieved. This is the 4th time our family has partnered with you to sell a property. Expectations have been exceeded on every occasion. Your txt to me 'thankyou for trusting us' following the auction result sums it up well - we trusted your advice, followed it and the result was amazing. Thank you.
