Nicholas has in depth of knowledge of the area, the local owners and worked brilliantly with us to find our home He stayed in contact with his during our search over 12 months or so. His team equally helped in sharing their knowledge on upcoming inspections, did check ins, found out questions we needed quickly. Thank you Nicole, Narelle and Allister also.

Found and purchased a home that I loved, and was grateful that Nicholas was the selling agent. The whole experience, form the first open home to the purchase at the auction and then settlement thereafter was a lot less stressful thanks to his honesty, transparency and willingness to help. He was friendly, patient and always available to answer my numerous questions. No inquiry or request was ever too difficult. On one occasion he had his team stay back after the scheduled open home end time to accommodate us when we were running significantly late. He is supported by an excellent team in Narelle and Paul, who are delightful and extremely helpful. Overall a professional, genuine and honest agent, who made the whole journey a very positive and relatively stress-free experience.

I purchased my first property, an apartment in Hunters Hill, through Nick and what can often be a stressful process felt super smooth from start through to settlement. Nick was so helpful, very responsive and was super proactive - sending information ahead of my questions and following up promptly. 100% highly recommend

The reason my review headline is " Navigate " Is because Nich was able to navigate his way through 2 brothers who haven't gotten on for 35 or more years and one of them is extremely violent. Nich's people skills are paramount and I now realise - in realestate, it is such an important thing! Nich's choice of auctioneer was spot on- true professional! and we got more $ than we were expecting😀 Clearly I'm a Nich fan and you would be mad not to engage him as your realestate agent Cheers Mate , you did great work! regards Jeff 👍

Nicholas conducted himself in a professional manner. Communication was on point always keeping us well informed of the situation. We felt he threw himself 100% behind the sale of our Unit staying steady until the sale. We recommend him as a selling Agent. He worked hard to achieve the best price for the current market.

Nicholas helped to make the whole process of selling our home as smooth-running as it possibly could be. His experience selling many properties in the area means he came armed with invaluable knowledge about the local market, and his price guide was realistic from the start. Importantly, Nicholas was also a pleasure to deal with - his charming persona and calm approach were much appreciated, as were his professionalism and total dedication to the job. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

After viewing a number of properties that Nicholas had listed for sale over the past 12 months, we always found Nicholas to be incredibly knowledgeable providing us with local insights like no other agent. As a result, when it came time to sell our home Nicholas was at the top of our list and he didn't disappoint. From his level of dedication throughout all stages of preparing the property, open homes, to the final fall of the gavel, we could not be happier! Thank you, Nicholas! A big thank you also to Narelle and Paul, what a team!
