Peter Greyson was recommended to us by friends, we met with Peter over a number of months where he provided advice and assistance as we navigated our way toward selling our beloved family home. He was helpful and sensitive to our feelings and to the mood of the current market. He was open and clear with us and communicated well. We found him to be very approachable and helpful with every question . After a successful off market campaign we sold in 2 weeks.

Peter met with us many years before our sale. He wasn’t pushy, he developed a relationship and gained our confidence. He is knowledgeable in the Sydney real estate market. Peter is extremely efficient in delivering and creating a sales program. Peter is easy to work with, courteous and a great team player. We would love to use Peter again if the opportunity arose.

Nicholas is a fantastic agent. He has a deep understanding of the market and knew exactly how to position our property from day 1. Nicholas kept us abreast of all developments in a timely manner and provided clear and concise, relevant feedback throughout the whole campaign. Nicholas is supported by excellent staff who also understand the process, are organised and very pleasant to deal with.

I couldn't have done this without Allister. Allister worked so very hard, was attentive to every detail, even growing the beautiful indoor plants to ensure that the property looked fabulous at all times. A reluctant sale due to family circumstances was made all the more easy by Allister and his teams' hard work. Allister has now sold one property to my family and sold two properties for my family, each time was a good experience-he's part of the family. I looked elsewhere, but kept coming back

Nicole Robertson is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. After researching and interviewing the primary Real Estate Agents in Hunters Hill for the sale of our father's long held family home the choice was simple - Nicole Roberston from Bresic Whitney. Her strong local knowledge and excellent communication skills guided us through all aspects of preparing and marketing our home for sale. The trades she recommended were economical yet presented work of high quality and the styling of the home was excellent. Her marketing was beyond reproach supported with excellent data analysis and high buyer engagement which led to an outstanding sales result. I would also acknowledge the excellent support from her sales team of Allister Scott and Jack Linton for this sale. Thank you Nicole for all of your hard work and commitment.

The sale was handed in a most professional manner from Agent appointment through to final sale. The project management by the Agent for putting the property into a saleable state including liaison with trades personnel and other vendors was exceptional. The whole process from start to exchange of contracts was extremely well managed with superb feedback / liaison with the owner.

We could not be more happy with the result we achieved with Nicholas leading the sale of our property. He knows the local market and had potential buyers who were interested in our type of property (downsizers). He had buyers through the property in four days and sold within a week, well before we planned to go to market. Nicholas carefully explained each step in the process and gave us realistic feedback on potential buyers. He got the result we wanted.
