Professional and Experienced
I went with Nicholas on a recommendation from a friend. He lived up to his reputation. He had some positive recommendations before we listed the house, regarding a little painting and a few minor improvements. After every viewing he telephoned me and gave me the stats and ran through the likely potential buyers. Five days before the auction he suggested we bring it to a head, with two likely buyers, and used that competitive tension to get a good price without the risks of an auction. He had an open mind on strategy but knew when to close the sale.
