We want to thank Nicholas McEvoy and his team at Bresic Whitney Hunters Hill for achieving a marvelous off- market sale for our home in Hunters Hill. Presentation to a select few prospective purchasers to an agreed sale took only four weeks. During that time and in our absence as we were overseas for the majority of that time, Nicholas never failed to keep us fully up- to-date. His dedication, professionalism and indeed patience with us was exemplary. He returned our calls promptly and in many instances outside normal office hours. His passion, honesty and commitment was such that we were able to totally trust him throughout the whole sale process. Having moved over 15+ times, many international, he is the best agent we have ever had the pleasure to engage. Well done Nicholas and we wish you and your team continuing success in the future. Nicholas, I just wanted to send you a thankyou letter for the great work that you and the team at Bresic Whitney did in the sale of my house at Pittwater Rd Gladesville. The whole process was extremely professional and I was more than happy to listen and act on your recommendations. As a result, the house was sold at auction well above any expectations I had. Having so many of your team there on the day made sure that the bidders and onlookers alike were well looked after and I had a number of comments about the professionalism by all the staff from your office. Happy to supply this letter as a testimonial for the great service I received. Warm regards, Chris Wright

My husband and I approached Nicole regarding the sale of our apartment as she had previously sold us another property three years ago. We were impressed by Nicole's open, communicative and sensitive approach, as well as her attention to detail, and so were keen to work with her again. Throughout both the buying and selling processes Nicole's honest, caring approach was exemplary. She was always contactable and many times went above and beyond our expectations. Whether you are buying or selling, the process is loaded with stress. Nicole takes the time to get to know her clients which means that stressful situations are minimised. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicole for the sale of your home. She is without a doubt our "agent of choice"!

We have been house hunting for a while, so met a lot of agents in that time, Allister was a pleasure to deal with.

Nicole Robertson and the team at BresicWhitney Hunters Hill acted as the sales agent for our property in Gladesville, and we couldn't be happier with the results we achieved. Nicole was very professional, had extensive local market knowledge, and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. As the campaign progressed we wanted to sell prior to the auction and Nicole was able to facilitate this and successfully negotiate with the prospective buyers to achieve the price that we were happy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nicole and the team at BresicWhitney.

I felt very comfortable with Nicole and the Bresic Whitney team from the start. Nicole took on the task of helping get the house ready for sale with ease. She recommended the right amount of work to maximise the sale price and has a team of skilled trademen and labourers who completed the work with little or no notice and for a good price. The marketing campaign was well handled, I was regularly updated on status and provided good guidance. But best of all the sale price exceeded my expectations and was at the top of Nicole's quoted range. I'd recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell.

After the successful auction sale of our house, I asked Allister (of Bresic Whitney Hunters Hill) if this was his favourite part of the sale process? It turns out it wasn't. Allister went on to explain the most exciting moment in the sale process - is the first open day. And for me, this says a lot. Looking back, the Bresic Whitney team of Allister Scott, Sharon Levingston and Kathleen Synnott had left no stone unturned. There was a genuine passion and continuous drive throughout the campaign to achieve the best possible results, even before the first open day. And being first time sellers it was vital we had an agent who took the time to answer our questions and tactfully steer us (and buyers) through all the options. And this is exactly what we received from Bresic Whitney Hunters Hill. Given the above, we would be very pleased to recommend to other vendors entrust Allister, Sharon and Kathleen to be your agent.
