Invests the time and energy to achieve the best result
We’ve never sold property before so was apprehensive from the beginning. Nicholas was not just experienced, but approachable and helpful. He’s built a trusted name among our friends in our area, with positive feedback from both sellers and purchasers. The huge network he has built trust with, helps buyers feel safe, knowing he’s a straight shooter. There was open communication between us and our potential buyers. Nicholas works around the clock, I’m surprised at how quickly he returns calls, and the care he takes with each buyer. The cream on the top is Nicholas’ gift for presenting the house at its best, so it appeals to a wide demographic, which doesn’t just increase the buyer pool, but sends messages of a quality house that’s well maintained. Nicholas works with an interior designer that’s famous in presenting houses, and we think we got the best service here, as well as the painter he recommended, simply because our agent is Nicholas. Last but not least, having an agent who’s in constant demand to sell, means he comes across buyers that want to ‘buy now’, and he knows the heartbeat of market movements. Nicholas sold our townhouse prior to auction, while selling grand houses at the same time, and without a doubt we can say he poured an amazing level of energy and time into our sale, and achieved a fantastic result.

Best Agent in Hunters Hill
Nicole was an absolute please to deal with, she walked us through every step of the sales process and always had time to answer to answer any questions we had, her knowledge of the Hunters Hill market is second to none. Nicole even secured us a record sale price for the block! We can recommend her highly enough. In addition to selling our home, Nicole went above and beyond even helping us with the purchase of our new home, liaising with the agent handling that sale on our behalf, and following up throughout the process to make sure there was nothing else we needed.
