We dealt with Frederico and his colleague Rhonda Yim on purchasing our new home, and then subsequently selling our previous home. Throughout both processes, communication was excellent as was responsiveness to our requests and questions. Their advice was clear, direct and useful. The whole team worked well together and delivered on the marketing and sale plan.

I recently engaged Frederico and the team at BW inner west to sell my house in Petersham . I would highly rate Frederico and the team to anyone selling , particularly in Petersham or surrounding areas . My entire experience with the team was fantastic . They assisted me through the whole process including providing a great deal of assistance and support to prepare my place for sale and making it shine like never before . They helped with arranging tradespeople and stylist ensuring my home looked top notch . The team were available any time to discuss issues and provided frequent updates . The campaign itself was very well organised with huge numbers through the property . I was left with no doubts that Fred and the team were leaving no stone unturned and doing everything possible to get the best end result . They worked tirelessly at all hours and I felt like the service was first class . Auction day saw a fantastic result well above my expectations . Fred is a great communicator. He is as professional as he is warm in his style. This coupled with his expertise and committed support team makes him an exceptional agent that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great experience and end result .

Frederico & Alessandro were fantastic to deal with, they worked tirelessly and communicated effectively and regularly to keep our expectations in line & progress on track. Our inspection & viewership numbers were consistently higher than market levels, the energy and momentum was sustained throughout the campaign & it resulted in a good outcome for us at auction to be able to move onto the next thing. Highly recommend using their services.

Frederico and Alessandro sold our Inner West flat under less than ideal conditions. They did an excellent job of maximising the opportunity for us to get the best price possible, and worked tirelessly in our interests while keeping the demands on us as few as possible. They are personable and very easy to deal with, explain issues carefully and provide regular detailed information to keep clients up to date. I cannot recommend them too highly.

We had an outstanding experience with Frederico and Alessandro. We had interviewed 5 other agents prior to selecting team FFM and their offering felt like Emirates First Class in comparison to the rest. They honoured all of their promises and exceeded our expectations. We feel confident that no one else could have provided such a well considered selling experience. Thanks team!

The team was amazing. I was overseas and they look after the whole process. From getting the property vacant, to getting it ready for styling and the sale. We ended getting a sale prior the campain. The whole time the communication was on point.

We wanted to use an agent with superior local knowledge, involved in our local community, and was results driven. Frederico ticked all of these boxes, plus some! Networking is second nature to Frederico, and because of his warm and curious personality, he appears to know everyone in the Petersham/Lewisham area (and their property)! We wanted to leverage his connections and are happy to say, they paid off. Frederico provided cost-effective recommendations to add value to our property before we went on the market, and the building team he put forward were excellent. Frederico's office team were also amazing - friendly, empathetic and incredibly efficient. It was a pleasure to work with them. Frederico kept us updated throughout the campaign and managed our expectations well. Naturally, we were nervous on auction day, however we were delighted with the number of registered bidders, the care Frederico and his team displayed, the seamless process and finally, the outstanding result. The auctioneer was the best we had ever seen and we were in awe of his skills in managing the auction process. Thank you Frederico and team - you were incredible!

We had an amazing experience with Frederico! As first-time home buyers we were so grateful for the way he guided us through the process, answered all of our questions honestly, and helped us to negotiate a great deal on our new home! He made this process so much easier for us and we will definitely be keeping him close by to utilising him in the future and recommend to our friends. 10/10 can't recommend more highly.

Chris recently acted on my behalf to sell my house. Chris and team did a terrific job, they identified a clear strategy for selling, executed the pre-campaign prep works perfectly, and then tirelessly ran an excellent campaign that achieved a great price. I was most impressed by Chris' deep market knowledge and communication style, which is very patient and understanding. He really knows real estate strategy very well, and responded to a dynamic situation to drive the best outcome for us!
