We interviewed several top agents and had an instant good feeling about Fred; sharp, intelligent, very knowledgeable, professional and a genuinely good guy. Our instincts were spot on; Fred and the Bresic Whitney team were an absolute pleasure throughout our entire campaign (this was our first time selling so we really wanted someone we felt we could trust) and they achieved an incredible result for us in an unpredictable market. I can’t recommend Fred highly enough!

Chris and his team have demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the sale of our property. Their clear instructions, timely communication, and in-depth knowledge of the local market were instrumental in finding the ideal buyer. We were particularly impressed by their ability to match our property with a buyer who would truly appreciate the neighborhood. Their efforts have made this transition seamless, and we're delighted to welcome our new neighbors to the street.

When I was faced with trying to sell a near-derelict property in Sydney’s inner-west, Frederico Fraga-Matos gave me a very realistic assessment of what return I could expect, and a workable timeframe for the transaction. The eventual sale price came in at the top end of Frederico’s estimations, and the sale was completed in less than three weeks! A thoroughly professional experience all round. Recommended!

We are very happy with Frederico’s efforts on our behalf in selling our house. Throughout the campaign his communication was excellent. Whether the news was good or bad, he instilled confidence and his commitment to selling the property never wavered. He conducted many inspections on request, often outside business hours, in addition to the scheduled twice-weekly ones and he gave us good intelligence on prospective buyers. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

Simply the best. Chris is so knowledgeable of the real estate market that we just listened to his advice when making any decision… and the outcome was fantastic! On a personal level, Chris supported us all the way through the process, removing a lot of the stress that normally comes when selling a home. He had the perfect balance when managing our expectations: providing reassurance when needed but never overselling or misleading. And last but not least, his team is amazing!
