There's not much we do in our lives, (besides partnering and probably having children) that is as important and possibly stressful as selling property or purchasing property. This is the big ticket item in our lives and when you choose an agent for either of those things, you'd better make sure it's the right one. I found the right one. Selling or buying, the stresses are the same and it's worth thinking, on the other side of your sale, is a buyer who also is worried about the process. This duality was brought home to me after choosing to sell with Bresic Whitney's Frederico Frago-Matos and his team. At all times Frederico, Alessandro and Charline made me feel both connected to the process and important in it, and I know from talking to them that they also treated my successful purchaser the same way. I have sold and bought a few times in my life, but in these digital times, I realised how much work Frederico and his team actually put in. Their efforts to contact prospective buyers, meet and greet those who attended the property, and follow up on any concerns or queries made me realise the value for money I got from my sales team. They are literally 'always on'. The communication and care was second to none, and the way they ran the sale enabled me to make considered decisions, and I was always in the loop. I suppose with Frederico, one of the best things I got was industry experience. He would explain questions and responses from prospective buyers; he would devise strategies and the path forward in the campaign, and I was never just an observer, but involved in it all. My property sold before Auction and the decision to do so was well informed and I was comfortable and happy with that decision. I could not recommend Frederico and his team enough.
