My wife and I recently purchased through Frederico. During the campaign we found Frederico to be attentive without any pressure. He kept us up to date regularly and was happy to take any queries back to the vendor. We purchased post auction which required some negotiation and Frederico was able to facilitate this in a very professional manner.

It’s not the first time I’ve dealt with Frederico from Bresic Whitney. As usual he was great to deal with and kept an open line of communication, in turn I could keep my clients well aware of what’s happening. He provided access to the property pre market which helped us gather information and due diligence. A fair operator with his vendors interest at heart.

Fred worked tirelessly to put together what was quite a complex and drawn out transaction. He is always patient, polite, and pragmatic - 3 qualities most people (let alone sales agents) lack. If it wasn't for this attributes and approach, this transaction would never have happened. He is first class.

This was a difficult transaction and there are few sales agents who would have the know-how, patience and agility to navigate what were protracted and difficult negotiations, with lots of special conditions. Frederico knows the mechanics behind a transaction, and they aren't always easy. He is so diligent and thorough in his approach, that we ALWAYS get the deal done. As a buyers agent, I have full faith that with Fred on the other side, there is nothing that can't be fixed.

As a buyers agent, you come to learn very quickly that not every transaction is easy. Half the battle is having an agent willing to dedicate the time, and having the skill, to navigate the unforeseen bumps along the way. Frederico is that agent. He thinks outside the box, always ensuring his clients are cared for whilst focusing on the bigger picture and solving any issues often before anyone else even notices them. He is a fast thinker, and there isn't a problem he hasn't been able to overcome. Buying from Frederico, business is aways done honourably and fairly.

Frederico was fantastic in the buying of my property. I had a few options and was looking for a quick sale, which Frederico was able to swiftly negotiate with the vendor to ensure a satisfying solution for all parties. Communication throughout from Frederico was fantastic and I appreciate his efforts to keep me informed throughout. Thanks!

Frederico helped get a good price for our property. He explained things well along the way, kept us informed of progress and followed up all interested buyers with great diligence. He was particularly good in communicating with our tenants who were inconvenienced by the sales campaign.

Selling while interstate. For someone currently living interstate it was very important for me to have someone I could trust to sell my home and I knew I could trust Frederico to sell my Petersham property. He had sold a house through auction in my street when I was still living in the Inner West with a good result. He was known by my neighbours and other friends in the Inner West to be reliable. When asking people for recommendations his name always came up. I’d unfortunately had another agent managing my rental for the year after I moved interstate and considerable damage was done to my unit by the tenants in that time. This was not totally covered by the bond unfortunately. Once the tenants’s lease expired and they moved to other premises Frederico pulled in his known ‘tradies’ who repaired the damage under his supervision. This was wonderful as I didn’t want to be travelling up and down between Canberra and Petersham to supervise myself. I was kept informed of potential costs, and I was given the opportunity to make choices about how much should be spent on various works. I was also kept informed of progress on a regular basis. Frederico also prepared my unit for sale providing styling. I had feedback from my neighbours about the progress from their perspective. There were no complaints while work was being done. The open house was successful with many people viewing the premises. I had feedback from neighbours about how well everything was managed. I received a result at auction above my expectations. Thank you Frederico
