Frederico was warm, friendly and professional to deal with when we were potential buyers. On the day of the auction we appreciated Frederico's support and care with all parties. Both Charline and him were great to deal with and always prompt with communication after the auction and after settlement. They are a great team at Bresic Whitney!

Fred & Charline were excellent in the sale of our family home. There was a fair bit to do to get the property ready for sale and all was accomplished in time for a successful auction. Thanks for all the hard work!

We knew Frederico’s ability from previous experience. Hence we engaged him again. We were equally impressed with this 2nd experience. Frederico knows the market and how to connect buyers with a property and get a sale done. Market conditions were quite different 2nd time around and Frederico was very up front with what our expectations should be. We were very pleased with the outcome.

We were not really prepared when we decided to sell, but Frederico helped us through the process with clear communication and professionalism. His assistant project managed the jobs we had to get done to prepare the house which was a great help. We felt safe in his hands because we knew what was happening all the time. He met with us to discuss progress of the campaign, and strategy week by week. He helped us get a great price for our house. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone selling!

I have bought & sold properties across Sydney for the last 25 years and I've never come across an agent like Frederico. He is a true professional in every sense and is established across the inner west market and beyond. He has a deep understanding of the market and was able to get us the price we wanted, not only in a very short period of time, but in this fragile market. To say he delivered beyond our expectations is an understatement I highly recommend him and he is the only agent I'll be using from herein.

Frederico took the time to understand our position and expectations. He was professional and always available. He and his team were amazing and took what could have been a stressful experience and made it totally seamless. He sold our property as if it was his own.

Frederico and his assistant Charline are a great team and go out of their way to help and support you throughout what can be an anxious time. I would not hesitate in recommending Frederico for his exceptional service.

Frederico did a stellar job in selling my home. From the advice at the start through with knowledge and support, Frederico was there from the start, until we sold prior to the first open home.
