Buyers Agent recommends
As a buyers agent, I deal with a few hundred agents on a weekly basis; sourcing, negotiating & buying property from multiple agents. I see Chris & his entire team; Nick, Luke and Hannah as standout operators. A distinguishing factor is that they are all super sharp and each work to their strengths as a team and deliver this to their stake holders, whether that be vendors, buyers, buyers agents etc. alike. In softer market conditions as we are seeing now, Chris and his team are still achieving exceptional results for their clients. Even at one-buyer auctions, I've observed Chris produce out-of-the-ordinary results by preparing buyers and his vendors. When you buy from Chris, he works hard for his vendors which I respect. Buyers typically engage someone like me when they can't or don't want to do their search themselves, and more often than not, their brief is a hard find. Without fail, Chris and his team listen to my client requirements and I value their time spent doing so, as they can often provide access to opportunities off-market, which may suit their clients' needs too. I think sales agents are often judged quickly so to cut to the chase: Chris is and has always been a consistent top performer in his specialty markets. I imagine most vendors may find sales agents hard to get to know but for what it's worth; beneath this agent's exterior, I see Chris as someone very genuine, rather quirky, and a fun, down-to-earth agent who I happily recommend.

Great experience
From start to finish my experience with the BresicWhitney team was great. Chris was clear about his plan and he was happy to work with my timetable. He kept me well informed. Cass was so helpful in the leadup to the campaign and Hanna was a great help during the campaign. The photography was first class and helped us to have a lot of interest in our place. In a more challenging market we had a lot of interest during the campaign and on the day of the auction and were happy with the result.

Nick is persistent, proactive and delivers on his promise
Choosing an agent can be a leap of faith and I am genuinely glad I went with Nick. I approached him a few months beforehand based on great price he achieved with a property similar to my own, and he really proved to have a very good understanding of what strategy works and what doesn’t in a challenging market. What was the most reassuring for me is I felt he was working in my best interests, he had a very clear sense of direction for the campaign, and was persistent in delivering a great result.
