Frederico was professional, courteous and responsive to us as a buyer of a house he was selling. He showed a great sense of humour when our two year old threw a lime at him at the first open house much to my embarrassment! He facilitated timely access to the house for our independent building and pest inspection. He secured a great result for his client as we paid a bit more than what we thought the property was worth.
