Broad strokes: Use this guy. In terms of the finer detail. We met Brad as buyers approx. 4 years ago. Although we didn’t buy from him, he was head and shoulders ahead of the other sales agents we met on our buying journey. He represented his sellers with integrity without falling into the clichéd sales agent behaviours. He then kept in touch with us over the following 4 years with market insights and legitimate value add. So much so that we said, 'when we’re selling, he's our guy.' And he was.
