Professional and trustworthy all the way
I met Rhonda at an open house while I was looking to buy so I knew that she had great local market knowledge, even though BresicWhitney are an out of area agency. From our first conversation, Rhonda was upfront, laid out my options for selling, strategy, etc but was happy to go with my preferences. Rhonda also recommended professional services that helped with the sale. I was confident that she had the contacts and knowledge to run a successful off market campaign. The campaign itself was short and successful and not stressful. I achieved a price that was in line with our discussions and current market sales. I would definitely recommend Rhonda's services. Rhonda was excellent to work with. Not only did we achieve a great value for our home which exceeded our expectation, it was with relatively little fuss or stress. Rhonda guided us through the process calmly and expertly. She took a refreshingly direct and pragmatic approach. A professional and responsive agent who handled every aspect of our sale
Right from the get go Rhonda was organised and driven. We set an extremely right timeline for her (1 week prep + 3 weeks campaign). The very next day we had a stylist and a marketing plan. Whatever we needed, one call to Rhonda and she arranged it for us within hours (stylist, cleaners, a tiler, emergency glass repair). Rhonda provided excellent advice before and provided a thorough debrief after every viewing, updating us on the sentiment and comments of the buyers. She arranged 12 groups of clients from their buyers database to view the house the day before we even advertised on the market. Rhonda was fantastic in dealing with us as sellers and the many buyers who were interested in our property. We truly believe it was due to her effort and skill as a selling agent that managed to get us top dollar. We will continue to utilise Rhonda for our future sales and would recommend her to anyone selling their property.
