We sold our apartment through Nick and he was great throughout the whole process, a really strong communicator who kept us in the loop at all times. One thing I do know is that Nick works way harder than any other agent I have met (which is a lot!) in his role. He is a credit to his profession, hard working and above all someone that is trustworthy and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking at selling their apartment or house!

From his highly personalised and professional sales approach to his impressive market expertise and negotiation skills that were demonstrated, it is easy to see why Chris and his team are industry leaders. Their results speak for themselves. Chris went above and beyond at every step of the way, always acting with integrity, and genuinely prioritising our best interests (as the client) above all else. Not only is Chris an exceptional sales agent, but he is also an all-round outstanding guy.

Broad strokes: Use this guy. In terms of the finer detail. We met Brad as buyers approx. 4 years ago. Although we didn’t buy from him, he was head and shoulders ahead of the other sales agents we met on our buying journey. He represented his sellers with integrity without falling into the clichéd sales agent behaviours. He then kept in touch with us over the following 4 years with market insights and legitimate value add. So much so that we said, 'when we’re selling, he's our guy.' And he was. He worked his tail off to get the best possible result and kept the communication open including after hours. He was forthright when he needed to be (no point paying someone to tell you what you want to hear), and helped us to manage what we didn't realise would be such a stressful process. The end result was, (I think) a record sqm price for our building and a very happy couple. Thank you legend, Martin & Laura.

Chris had an excellent knowledge of the area and property values in a very unpredictable realestate market during February/March 2021. Chris kept us well informed during the auction campaign and advised us about potential buyers. Importantly Chris always listened to us as the vendors and achieved a great auction result for us, well above our reserve. We would highly recommend Chris to vendors in the Glebe and Annandale areas.

Rhonda has recently, and very successfully sold our property and we know that we couldn’t have picked a better agent than Rhonda to act for us. From start to finish she kept us up to date with everything as the campaign progressed. Her knowledge of market trends and how they affected our situation was second to none. We couldn’t have been happier, or less stressed! We would definitely recommend Rhonda as a first class real estate agent.

An excellent Negotiator! Chris Nunn was referred to me and exceeded my expectations. From our first meeting, I could tell that Chris knew the property market more than any other local agent I had met and because of his smart suggestions, I knew he was the one.He is a master negotiator and was able to achieve a price we were very, very happy with.He is supported by a great team and they were all a pleasure to deal with. I would use Chris again to sell my property and have referred him to friends.

Rhonda is a highly skilled and professional agent who works hard to achieve excellent results. Rhonda provided us with expert advice throughout the campaign which gave us confidence. Starting with the marketing campaign and the amazing photo shoot to the open house inspections, reserve price and auction, Rhonda made sure each key decision was spot on. Rhonda achieved the price we were after for our 4 bedroom home. We can highly recommend Rhonda as the right agent to sell or buy your next home.

Rhonda recently sold my 2 bedroom Marrickville unit. I was very happy with the overall experience. Rhonda's approach to the campaigne was very professional and thorough. The property sold at auction after a three week campainge at a higher than expected sale price. Rhonda was very open, informative and made me feel at ease, during the entire process. I would highly recommend Rhonda to anyone wanting to sell their property.
