I approached Tristan personally on a Tuesday, met 20 minutes later, signed on with him 30 minutes later, cleaned property and photos taken by Thursday, property advertised online on Friday and open house and sold by Saturday. I don’t know of a more finely oiled machine than that of the Stone real estate team, Led by Tristan Rowland himself. He guided me on the exact Way he planned to prepare and execute the smooth and quick sale of my property, which he followed to a tee, and we came off with an excellent result. Putting it simply, after talking to a couple of agents around price and the market expectation - Tristan sold for 150-200k more than what we were being told to expect from the other agents. We sold in 4 weeks. Sold for 170k more than the neighbouring property - 6 weeks apart. Tristan's communication was great, his office was professional, and we got the job done. Not only did Tristan secure a great contract for our house which suited our needs in terms of the terms of time frames, sale price and minimal inspections, but he also provided us with advice and support on the purchase of our new home which helped us negotiate a great outcome. Tristan provided invaluable advice on when to list, what renovations to conduct and how to select an appropriate buyer. He was always available for any questions we had and supported us throughout the process. Tristan has an army of people supporting him who ensure everything runs very smoothly. Everyone in the team has been incredibly helpful and has communicated very efficiently at every step of the process. The team have organised trades for both the house we sold and the one we purchased (although they were not the listing agent) which has greatly reduced the stress of moving with a young family.
