We first met John 18 months ago, after my wife asked me to phone him as he was the only one who door to door on foot in the early years to promote himself and Stone. His appraisal back then was indicative of the current market and his prediction of the sale in the future uncannily correct. John has always been straight up with us, never sugar coating the situation or promising what he could not achieve. He picks up on every call which is so good in these times, we are informed at every stage of the sale process, and he understands what is required without too much discussion. I would like to thank John for completing the sale of the property for us. As I was acting on behalf of my sister, who is now unable to do these things for herself, and I knowing nothing about the McDowall area, John was extremely helpful for me from the first time I phoned him. John made arrangements to come to the house to meet me and to view the property. John's advice on the preparations I should do, ready for the sale of the property, were all very helpful as was Johns advice on who to contact to carry out some requirements needed at the property. John was very thorough in everything that he did for us and kept me fully informed at all times throughout the sales program. I was happy with the contract price that John obtained for us as it was higher than I was expecting. My sister had lived at the property for almost 39 years and when I told her the contract price that John had obtained for her, she was shocked and couldn't believe that her property was worth so much as she was not expecting such a price.
