Timing is everything. After months of preparation our first open for inspection was scheduled for Saturday 26 February. Terrible rains and flooding occurred. Our home was watertight so John proceeded - umbrellas at the ready. Five brave groups inspected, three contracts offered and one contract accepted. John was the only agent to do an open in McDowall that weekend and it resulted in the sale of our home for a pleasing price. Thank you John and also thank you Matt. Doug and Coral.
