We were astonished to find a professional real estate agent with the knowledge and experience Tristan demonstrated after so many attempts over the years we had almost given up. From the first interview the process Tristan developed was like a whirlwind and within a fortnight we had a signed contract at a price we loved. Sadly the tightening of lending by the banks saw this fall through. In subsequent weeks, Tristan was like a terrier dog grabbing each lead and following it to wring the most out of it. Finally the original buyers returned and we accepted their realistic offer that allowed them to carry out their renovations before moving in. We were aware the market would require these and preferred not to guess at the taste of the final purchaser by doing further work ourselves. We engaged Tristan just after we entered into a contract for the purchase of another property on a whim. Because of that, we weren't as prepared as other sellers might be, so we were in need of someone to guide us through the process, and achieve a quick sale to ensure that we kept within the time frames of our purchase contract conditions. As soon as we got pen to paper, the machine kicked into gear. Photos were booked, the pool inspection was organised, and Tristan and the team assisted us with getting painters in to do some interior painting.
