After having my house on the market with another local agent for 3 months and receiving NO offers, I decided to try again. From the moment I met with John Bradley to discuss his sales approach he won me! He had different ideas for marketing more suited to my house. John suggested a dusk photo shoot and the results were AMAZING! His photographer even drafted a plan of my house as well!
