This is the second time i have placed my trust in David and his team to both purchase and sell properties in the Ferny Grove area. Right from the get go the communication between myself and David is direct, no-nonsense and straight to the point. We met with David and his team before we decided to engage his services to sell our house. They portrayed to us as honest and reliable people. When they were engaged, we find them to be very responsive to our calls or requests and sometimes even available after hours. He provided us with great advice to prepare our house for sale. He truly specialises in the area that he operates and was able to provide insights to us whenever possible. We are also truly impressed with his ability to get our house under contract and unconditional within 1 month of listing on the market which I think is unbelievable especially in this current market. I asked David and Craig to give my house the once over before putting it on the market asking their advice on what I needed to do to achieve the best chance of selling my home. They were honest and helpful. I told them I would get them out again when I was ready to put my house on the market. They didn't pester me in the following months. When I was ready to sell, they gave me an honest appraisal for the market conditions. Craig was the agent representing Century 21 Ferny Grove at my open houses, and I found him to be very honest and professional, approachable and friendly, keeping me informed all through the process.
