We had a good experience with David and Craig managing the sale of our property. We follow the market pretty closely and were fairly confident we had a good idea of the property's value, so there was no problem with mismatched expectations there. The place did want some TLC so we needed realistic agents who would bring us realistic buyers. They did a good job of managing the tenant to de-clutter the place and make it more presentable for sale, kept us informed about inspections and offers, and brought us buyers with reasonable offers. They are down to earth guys, not over-slick, and just get on with the job. What more could you want.

Their commission terms were the most reasonable we could find (for a full service agency), and their specialist knowledge of the local area was a tremendous asset. David's negotiation style is honed by extensive experience, and I was confident that we received the best offer possible from the interested parties. As always, there were a couple hiccups. We ended up doing minor renovations despite the suggestion to leave as-is. Our strategy was to remove obstacles for potential buyers (such as a dated colour scheme) thereby encouraging competition.
