We have known David and Craig for over 7 years when we first started looking for a house in Upper Kedron. They have excellent knowledge of the area and are the go to real estate agents for selling in the area. They have sold countless houses in Upper Kedron and Ferny Grove and so when it came time to sell our house, it was an easy choice to select David and Craig. It took us a while to get our house ready for sale, but they were both so patient and didn't push us until we were ready. They gave great advice in terms of what we should do to get the best price and in the end we got the result we wanted. We had offers on the table after 3 open weekends, something we were very happy with given we have kids and keeping the house ready for sale is difficult with kids. They got buyers through the door. Craig was also great with our kids and left them treats for being good at keeping their rooms tidy. It's the little things that count. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. They are a great team. Thank you David and Graig for providing an easy, stress free excellent selling experience.

David and Craig have been excellent, selling of my mothers townhouse at Arana Hills. The sale went through very quickly and everything went smoothly. The commission fees are so much more reasonable comparing with other local agents. David and Craig also helped us with the purchase of a property at Ferny Grove which they took the time out to find out our needs and gave us first options in viewing this home which we are now settled into.
