Professional & Proactive Agent
Franzwa was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was proactive in his negotiations and went the extra mile to ensure all partiers were kept informed. Franzwa made a point of returning calls promptly and ensured that if follow up was required he let us know reasons as to delays or difficulties in getting matters resolved. Fantastic agent!
Derek and Elviry Schroder sold our house to us and we found them to be marvellous in every aspect of the sale. They went over and beyond the call of duty in helping us out at every stage of the nerve-wracking experience that buying and selling houses is. Derek particularly was always available to us for advice and since we hadn't bought or sold a house for some time he gave us the confidence and reassurance we needed. We are so lucky to have had such great people, very friendly with great communication skills and oodles of patience. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

Fantastic experience
Dealing with Franzwa and Kelvin was a great experience. I was a first home buyer, and not very knowledgable about all my options, so I asked heaps of questions, which they answered timeously and effectively. Any concerns I had were dealt with immediately, and communication between me and the seller was facilitated amazingly, and very little had to go through the conveyencers which saved both myself and the seller a lot of money. The contract was explained thoughrally, there were no additional expenses, everything was explained well, and very honest and upfront about their dealings. I had to move my settlement date forward, by 30 days, and both Franswa and Kelvin jumped into action, insuring that everything would be ready on time. Very positive, kind, knowledgable and thoughtful. Made me feel very taken care of, and made the experience of buying a home much less daunting than I thought it would be. 6 months in, I'm loving my new home. Highly recommend Franzwa and all at Brisbane West Real Estate, they understand the importance of your new house becoming your home.
