She kept us updated and always reminding us of all the things we need to do . She’s very professional and able to sell our property in a short spam of time than our expected. Even though we’re living in a different state we never felt that we’re away. She’s very responsive to all our inquiries and willing to communicate even after hours. Marcell and his team have been the property managers for our apartment in Alexandria for the last few years, and when it came time to sell our property it was a no-brainer to select him as our selling agent. We were lucky with timing as the tenant moved out so we had a blank canvas to work with. Marcell reassured us that this type of scenario is where he can do his best work, and he didn't disappoint! We invested in styling and paying the usual agency fees and after two inspections the property was sold within a week! Well above our expectations in terms of the time it took to sell and also the price we achieved, which I believe was the highest in the building for a similar spec property. Not only did he achieve what he set out to do but every step of the way he communicated with us with warmth and transparency.
