Excellent Agent
My experience with Marcell was very good. We could see straight away that Marcell is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent with good heart. He is very detailed and patient in dealing with us and at the end, we got a good price. He is a very good negotiator and patiently deal with any or buyer's request. Excellent communication, achieved a top result for vendor during tough market environments
A very smooth and easy transaction with Marcell, even if he has a super busy diary he will work late into the night to answer emails. Marcell has a friendly demeanour and approach, but worked out precisely what my needs were by asking lots of great questions, and fit the requirements of the transaction to enable the sale transaction. He is a tough negotiator and achieved an excellent sales price for his client in a very tough CBD market - other units being sold by other agents are still on the market 5 months later due to the covid/wfh climate. I would not hesitate to appoint him as my own agent when it comes to time to sell, and trust him fully with the process.
