I came across Britton by accident as they were just located beneath my unit. I spoke with Stephen initially and was impressed with their flexibility and also their ability to reach out far and beyond. As it was my first sales of a property I didnt know what to expect. After pulling out a spreadsheet and compared a couple of agents around the neighbourhood, I found Britton's deal to be the best One of the great things i found out is that while most agents will ask you to spend tons of money in promotion, getting you to advertised in every single website which can cost you over AUD$10000, Britton's professional advice was to select a few options which are relevant to the profile of your property. In the end the marketing fee was only half of what it could be if I chose other agency I also liked the fact that they have associates with furniture staging companies to make your unit look a little nicer to be more instagram friendly and the charges are reasonable and the outcome was amazing As I was selling my unit in a purchasers' market it was hard to receive the sales price i desired but Britton ensured that I did not sell my unit well below the market value. It took about close to 4 months to sell and I was glad that it did not dragged on to over 6 months where I was paying both mortgage and rent.
