Positive experience as tenants with Browns Plains Real Estate.

It has been a pleasure having Browns Plains Real Estate manage our rental home. Marleen and Anna have taken care of us very well; they have been punctual, highly organised and thoughtful of us as tenants. Initial property viewing, application process was well-organised and straightforward. Upon starting the lease, we received a very useful welcome bag and a folder with all the important paperwork. The house keys also came labeled and on a nice keychain (all these details are really helpful when moving in). Furthermore, the team responds quickly to emails and promptly handles maintenance requests. Their communication style is clear and direct, whether by phone or email. They are highly professional and have demonstrated a high level of reliability, integrity, and courtesy. Many thanks to the Property Management Team at Browns Plains Real Estate.
