Initial property viewing, application process was well-organised and straightforward. Upon starting the lease, we received a very useful welcome bag and a folder with all the important paperwork. The house keys also came labeled and on a nice keychain (all these details are really helpful when moving in). Furthermore, the team responds quickly to emails and promptly handles maintenance requests. Their communication style is clear and direct, whether by phone or email.
