The sale of the family home, especially when there are 9 beneficiaries, is a fraught and complex task. Our agent , Scott Anderson. was very helpful and made the task easier than we anticipated.His market information and marketing advice was very accurate and all aspects of the sale were handled in an efficient and professional way. Only one minor hiccup with how the electric heating operated. It is in the ceiling but early in the campaign Stuart told some it was slab. He called each person to rectify the communication as some had shown displeasure with slab heating . A great auctioneer and worked very hard for us on a hot afternoon.

David is both professional and playful in his sales approach, and reminded very down-to-earth throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pretentious, which was something we both appreciated. He promptly followed up any questions we had and was even happy to accommodate our requests for an extra inspections for family, building inspectors and to get the electricity connected. We understand that he has to act in the vendors best interests as the vendor is his client, but we felt like he really looked after us too, offering good advice and pointers along the way. We're really looking forward to making Montmorency our home; David has made the process more enjoyable than any other real estate company we've dealt with over the last twelve long months.
