My husband and I first met Scott when we purchased our family home 2 years ago. After spending twelve months dealing with agents who we felt we couldn't trust, Scott was a welcome change. So when I decided to sell my investment property a few months ago, Scott seemed like a natural choice, as I wanted potential buyers to have the same level of trust and confidence that we had. As a vendor, I don't think I could have made a better choice - Scott was open and honest with me throughout the sales campaign, provided very professional contacts for interior design and styling etc in the lead up to the sales campaign and obviously focused his attention on all the right potential purchasers. He kept me well-informed not only about the campaign for my own property, but also about the market in general, and his own strategies when dealing with potential buyers. Come auction day, this all translated to a result that greatly exceeded my expectations (and my reserve!).

I enjoyed working with Ryan I felt that both he and the team at Buckinghams was a very professional unit. Great communication skills, felt informed the whole time. Ryan is both approachable and pleasant but also assertive and willing to give you advice if he felt you were making a bad decision. Made a process which could be stressful relatively easy as he did all the work. I must compliment the team on how quick they all worked at getting my place on the market. I bought and sold both my houses with Ryan and would definitely use his services again.

We chose Stuart because of his auctioneer skills and we were not disappointed as he got the top money from bidders. However, Buckingham & Company could do with implementing a customer relationship management system. Inspection appointments should be confirmed by phone text or email.
